How to use

Hold the knife with a comfortable grip around the handle and place your other hand on the ingredient to steady it. Use the tip and short edge of the 8 cm blade to make controlled peeling motions or to trim away blemishes and cores. For slicing small produce, use short, deliberate strokes and maintain a steady angle to achieve uniform cuts. Rinse and dry the knife after use and store it in a safe location such as a knife block or drawer insert designed for small blades.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the blade sharp and clean; regular honing and occasional professional sharpening will maintain cutting performance. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as ceramic or glass to prevent premature dulling. Use the knife for its intended tasks—peeling, trimming and small slicing jobs—to extend its service life and ensure safe operation.
