How to use

Use long, steady slicing motions along the length of the blade rather than sawing. Adjust the angle and pressure to achieve thin, even slices. After use, clean the blade by hand with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and store safely in a knife block or protective sleeve.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as ceramic or glass and sharpen the blade periodically with an appropriate sharpener. Store the knife in a dedicated holder to protect the edge and maintain safety.
