Key specifications

• Capacity: 2 litres
• Diameter: 25 cm
• Material: black ceramic cooking body
• Weight: approximately 3.34 kg
• Internal grill area to support shellfish during cooking
• Lid shaped to hold empty shells or to limit splatter
• Suitable for induction and other common hob types

How to use

Preheat the hob to a moderate temperature before adding ingredients. Place the pot on the hob and add oil, liquid and the main ingredients according to your recipe. Use the internal grill area to arrange shellfish so juices can collect beneath while solids remain elevated. Cover with the lid to achieve even cooking and to retain heat. When cooking is complete, transfer the pot to the table for serving; the ceramic construction helps keep food warm during service.

Recommendations

To preserve the ceramic finish, avoid sudden temperature shocks such as adding very cold liquids to a hot pot. Clean the pot after it cools using non-abrasive tools and mild detergents. Use utensils that will not scratch the ceramic surface. For best results when cooking shellfish, preheat gently and monitor liquid levels to prevent burning.
