Keittolautanen ritzenhoff & breker PORTO 215 mm posliini konepesunkestävä 6 kpl:n sarja

Porcelain soup plates ritzenhoff & breker PORTO, 215 mm in diameter, sold as a set of 6. Each plate is made of vitrified porcelain designed for everyday use in home or hospitality settings. The shallow-bowled shape and 215 mm size make these plates suitable for soups, stews, pasta and other plated dishes where a stable rim and ample serving area are required. The vitrified finish provides a smooth, non-porous surface that resists staining and supports easy cleaning in a dishwasher.

Advantages

The PORTO soup plates combine durable vitrified porcelain with a practical size that balances presentation and portion control. Their dishwasher-safe construction reduces manual cleaning time while maintaining glaze integrity. The plates' neutral design fits a variety of table settings and allows consistent stacking and storage in kitchen cupboards or service areas. Vitrified porcelain improves resistance to thermal shock and everyday wear compared with untreated ceramic.

How to use

Use these 215 mm soup plates to serve hot or warm soups, stews and sauced pasta. Place the plate on a flat table surface or underplate before filling to protect tabletops from spills. After use, scrape off food residues and place the plates in the dishwasher according to the machine manufacturer's loading recommendations. Avoid sudden temperature extremes such as transferring plates directly from freezer to a fully heated oven.

Recommendations

For long-term preservation of the glaze and to prevent chipping, avoid stacking plates when they are still wet and use soft separators if storing in high-traffic kitchen racks. For best results in professional kitchens, verify dishwasher cycle temperatures and compatible detergents to maintain the vitrified surface.
