Kelain Epson TU-RC8000 yhteensopiva CW-C8000 kanssa (MPN C32C882501)

The Rewinder Epson TU-RC8000 compatible with CW-C8000 is an accessory designed to manage and rewind media rolls used with Epson CW-C8000 series printers. It provides controlled winding of paper or film rolls to maintain consistent tension, reduce creasing and telescoping, and simplify media handling during production. The unit helps maintain roll order and speeds up media changes in professional print environments where reliable roll management is required.

Advantages

This rewinder delivers steady and even winding to preserve media integrity and reduce waste. It supports continuous operation in busy print workflows, lowering manual intervention by automating the rewinding process. The device helps maintain optimal tension across varying roll widths and materials, which minimizes print defects caused by wrinkles or uneven winding. Its compatibility with the CW-C8000 series ensures integration into existing Epson production setups.

Suitable for

• Wide-format and production print shops using Epson CW-C8000 printers
• Environments that handle paper, film, or coated media on rolls
• Workflows requiring fast media turnover and organized roll storage
• Operations aiming to reduce waste from creasing or poor winding

Key specifications

• Function: automated roll rewinding and tension control
• Media types: compatible with paper and various film or coated substrates
• Roll handling: supports a range of roll widths used with CW-C8000 series printers
• Operation: continuous-duty design suitable for production environments
• Integration: designed for direct use with Epson CW-C8000 series systems

How to use

Mount the rewinder in accordance with the printer manufacturer’s mounting points and align the media roll on the core. Thread the leading edge of the media securely onto the rewind core, set the desired tension and winding direction if applicable, and start the rewinder using the printer or device controls. Monitor the first few turns to ensure even winding and correct alignment. Adjust tension settings as needed to match the media type and roll diameter, and stop the unit once rewinding is complete to remove the roll for storage or further processing.

Recommendations

Use the rewinder with media that matches the printer’s supported materials and keep tension settings moderate for thin films to avoid stretching. Regularly inspect the core and guides for wear, ensure the media edge is clean and straight before rewinding, and perform periodic maintenance according to Epson guidance to maintain consistent performance.
