Keystone-moduuli Rutenbeck KMK-LC-D OM3 aqua — LC-duplex-kuituistukka, OM3-monimuotokuitu

Keystone Module Rutenbeck KMK-LC-D OM3 aqua is an LC duplex fiber insert intended for OM3 multimode networks. It fits a standardized keystone footprint for mounting in patch panels, faceplates or outlets. The module supports multimode fiber termination and the aqua color identifies the OM3 specification for high-speed multimode transmission.

Advantages

The keystone-style LC duplex insert provides a compact, standardized mounting option that simplifies installation in structured cabling frames and wall outlets. Color-coded OM3 marking reduces the risk of connector mix-ups and ensures compatibility with OM3 multimode cabling. The module is designed for easy insertion and secure retention in keystone-compatible panels and faceplates.

How to use

Terminate multimode fiber with LC connectors following accepted fiber handling and polishing procedures, then insert the LC duplex insert into a compatible keystone opening until it clicks into place. Route and secure the incoming fiber cables to avoid strain on the connector, and link the installed module to patch cords or equipment as required for the network topology.

Recommendations

Use the module only with OM3 multimode fiber and matching LC connectors. Observe standard fiber-optic handling practices: avoid excessive bending, protect endfaces from contamination, and perform insertion-loss testing after installation to verify connection quality.
