Replacement primary transfer blade kit for Sharp MX series copiers designed to restore reliable toner transfer and consistent image quality. This kit replaces worn transfer blades that can cause streaks, ghosting, or uneven density, helping to maintain the performance of Sharp multifunction printers in office and service environments. The component is intended for technicians and maintenance personnel performing routine service or component replacement on compatible MX series models.

Advantages

Replacing the primary transfer blade improves toner transfer efficiency and reduces common print defects such as lines, smudges, and density inconsistencies. The kit provides a direct-fit replacement that helps return the device to factory-like output quality without altering other printer settings. Using a new blade can extend the life of related imaging components and supports predictable maintenance intervals for service operations.

Suitable for

• Service and maintenance of Sharp MX series multifunction printers
• Repair tasks to eliminate transfer-related print artifacts
• Periodic preventive maintenance in busy office environments

Key specifications

• Function: primary transfer blade for toner transfer between drum and paper
• Compatibility: designed for Sharp MX series copiers and multifunction printers
• Material: durable elastomeric blade surface for consistent contact and wear resistance
• Form factor: replacement blade kit packaged for technician installation

How to use

Power off the printer and follow manufacturer service instructions for accessing the transfer assembly. Remove the old primary transfer blade according to the device service manual, taking care to avoid contact with imaging surfaces and toner. Install the new blade kit in the correct orientation, secure any retaining clips or fasteners, and reassemble the unit. After reassembly, run a cleaning cycle or test print to confirm uniform toner transfer and proper image density.

Recommendations

Observe anti-static and cleanliness precautions during replacement. Replace the primary transfer blade when persistent transfer defects appear or as part of scheduled maintenance to prevent progressive wear on other imaging components.
