kirjekuori MAILmedia Envirelope DIN lang valkoinen ikkuna vasemmalla, itseliimautuva

MAILmedia Envirelope DIN long white with left window, self-adhesive is a long-format white envelope with a left-positioned transparent window and a self-sealing closure. Designed to receive documents sized to DIN long standards, the envelope provides a clear window for address visibility and a peel-and-seal strip for fast, moisture-free closure. The construction combines a plain white exterior with a durable window film, enabling secure and professional mailing of invoices, statements and business correspondence.

Advantages

The envelope offers a left-aligned transparent window that aligns with standard document layouts, eliminating the need to print addresses directly on the envelope. The self-adhesive closure allows quick sealing without water or glue, saving time in bulk mailing operations. Its white surface provides a neutral, printable area for labels or company stamps while the window film maintains legibility and protects the enclosed address from smudging or moisture.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, statements and receipts
• Business correspondence and client communication
• Bulk mailing and administrative dispatches
• Mailings where address visibility through a window is required

Key specifications

• Format: DIN long compatible
• Color: white exterior
• Window position: left
• Closure type: self-adhesive (peel-and-seal)
• Window material: transparent film
• Suitable for standard office documents folded to fit DIN long

How to use

Insert the document folded to match the DIN long window position so the recipient address is visible through the left window. Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive flap and press firmly along the seal to close. Ensure the address is properly aligned and the window film is clean before mailing. For automated inserting machines, confirm alignment and feed orientation according to the equipment specifications.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use standard weight office paper folded to fit DIN long and verify that the printed address aligns with the left window prior to sealing; store envelopes flat in a dry environment to preserve adhesive performance and window clarity.
