Kirjekuori MAILmedia Kuvermatic C6/5 114 x 229 mm kierrätys harmaa 75 g/m²

MAILmedia Kuvermatic C6/5 envelope in grey is a plain, reliably manufactured mailing envelope sized 114 x 229 mm and produced from 75 g/m² recycled paper. It is designed to accommodate folded A4 sheets or C6 documents and to work with automated inserting systems as well as manual mailing. The consistent weight and dimensions support reliable feeding and handling in insertion and sorting equipment, while the recycled paper construction provides a recyclable choice for routine business and office correspondence.

Advantages

The envelope offers uniform dimensions and paper weight that reduce paper jams and misfeeds in Kuvermatic-style automated inserters. Its 75 g/m² recycled paper gives practical stiffness for postal handling while remaining recyclable. The neutral grey surface provides a professional appearance suitable for invoices, statements and general correspondence and allows for clear printing, labelling or stamping.

Key specifications

• Format: 114 x 229 mm
• Paper type: recycled paper
• Paper weight: 75 g/m²
• Colour: grey
• Compatibility: designed for automated inserting systems and manual mailing

How to use

Fold A4 documents twice or use pre-folded C6 papers so they measure appropriately for insertion. For automated feeding, align the open flap according to the inserter manufacturer’s guidance and load envelopes in the machine’s feed tray with consistent orientation. For manual use, insert contents fully and ensure the flap is sealed according to the chosen closure method. Check printer, label or stamp placement before processing to avoid covering address areas or windows.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment at moderate temperature and humidity to preserve their shape and feeding properties. When running large batches in inserting equipment, verify machine settings with a small test run to confirm reliable feeding and sealing; adjust guides if needed to prevent misfeeds.
