Koaksiaali kulmaliitin ShiverPeaks 82022 — suorakulmainen koaksiaaliliitin

The ShiverPeaks 82022 coaxial angle connector is a right-angle coax connector designed to provide a compact, angled termination for coaxial cable runs. It is intended for use where space is limited or where a straight connection would interfere with nearby equipment, wall panels or junction boxes. Constructed to interface with standard coaxial cable types, the connector supports reliable RF and signal transmission in installations that require a low-profile, right-angle solution.

Advantages

This right-angle coax connector offers a compact footprint that reduces strain on cable bends and improves access in confined areas. Its angled design facilitates tidy cable routing behind devices and within panels, while the connector's contact geometry is optimized for stable signal continuity and minimal connection loss. The product is suitable for repeated mating cycles and supports straightforward integration into existing coaxial cabling systems.

Suitable for

• Connections in tight spaces behind AV equipment, set-top boxes and routers
• Wall plate and panel terminations where low-profile connectors are required
• Junction boxes and enclosure installations with limited cable clearance
• Retrofit and maintenance work that requires angled coaxial terminations

Key specifications

• Connector orientation: right-angle
• Intended use: coaxial cable termination for RF and signal cabling
• Design: compact, low-profile angled housing for tight installations
• Compatibility: interfaces with standard coaxial cable terminations and mating coax connectors
• Mechanical: suitable for repeated mating and demating cycles

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable according to the cable type and the mating connector requirements, ensuring proper stripping and exposure of inner conductor and shielding as needed. Align the connector with the mating port at a right angle and engage until a secure mechanical and electrical connection is achieved. If the connector requires fastening, tighten according to the recommended torque for the mating interface. Inspect the connection visually and, if applicable, test signal continuity and return loss with suitable RF test equipment.

Recommendations

Use this right-angle coax connector in installations where minimizing cable bend radius and preserving panel clearance are priorities. Avoid excessive bending or pulling at the cable exit point to maintain connection integrity, and follow standard RF installation practices for grounding and shielding to ensure optimal signal performance.
