Koaksiaali-puristusliitin DELOCK TNC-pistoke RG-59-kaapelille kutistesukalla

The DELOCK TNC female crimp connector for RG-59 is a precision RF connector designed for crimp termination on RG‑59 coaxial cable. It provides a secure female TNC interface for transmitting analog video, CCTV signals and other low‑frequency RF applications where RG‑59 cable is used. The connector kit includes a heat‑shrink sleeve to improve insulation and provide strain relief at the cable exit, helping to protect the termination from moisture and mechanical stress.

Advantages

This DELOCK TNC female crimp connector delivers stable electrical contact and consistent impedance matching appropriate for RG‑59 cable, reducing signal loss across the connection. The crimp termination ensures a mechanically robust joint that is suitable for repeated installation cycles. The supplied heat‑shrink sleeve improves environmental protection and enhances the mechanical strain relief at the cable core and shield, contributing to longer service life of the connection.

How to use

Prepare the RG‑59 cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the lengths recommended for the connector. Slide the heat‑shrink sleeve onto the cable before assembling the connector. Insert the center conductor into the female contact and position the crimp ferrule over the braid. Crimp the ferrule and the contact with the appropriate crimp tool and die for RG‑59 to achieve a secure mechanical and electrical joint. Slide the heat‑shrink sleeve over the crimped area and apply heat evenly until the sleeve conforms to the cable and connector, providing a sealed finish.

Recommendations

Use a calibrated crimp tool and the correct die for RG‑59 to ensure reliable crimp dimensions and consistent impedance. Verify electrical continuity and inspect the crimp and heat‑shrink seal for gaps or loose braid before final installation. For outdoor or humid environments, ensure the heat‑shrink sleeve is fully contracted and consider additional sealing or protective boots if long‑term weather resistance is required.
