Koaksiaalikaapeli RG-59/U ShiverPeaks SP80098-20 20 m F sininen

The ShiverPeaks SP80098-20 is a 20 meter RG-59/U coaxial cable with F connectors on both ends designed for reliable video and audio signal transmission. Constructed to reduce signal loss and minimize interference, this blue cable suits installations where a medium-length coax lead is required. It is compatible with devices using F-type connections and is suitable for indoor routing behind TVs, set-top boxes and similar equipment.

Advantages

This RG-59/U coaxial cable provides consistent signal performance across its length thanks to its characteristic impedance and shielding. The fitted F connectors ensure secure, screw-on connections that prevent accidental disconnection while maintaining contact quality. Its 20 m length allows flexible placement of equipment without the need for additional joins. The cable jacket and overall construction offer durability for normal indoor use and easy identification due to its blue colour.

Suitable for

• Connecting televisions to satellite or cable receivers
• Linking cable modems or tuners with F-type ports
• Indoor installations where a 20 m coaxial run is required
• Temporary connections in testing or AV setups

Key specifications

• Cable type: RG-59/U coaxial
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: F-type male on both ends (screw-on)
• Impedance: 75 ohm characteristic impedance
• Colour: blue outer jacket
• Intended use: audio/video and RF signal transmission

How to use

Strip neither end of the cable since the product comes with pre-attached F connectors. Align the F connector with the female F port on the device, then screw the connector clockwise until it is finger-tight and secure; avoid excessive force that could damage the connector or port. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends, pinching, or prolonged exposure to moisture. For wall or corner runs, use appropriate clips or cable ties to secure the cable at intervals and prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid running coaxial cable parallel to power lines for long distances. If you need to join multiple cable segments, use quality F-type compression or crimp connectors and maintain 75 ohm continuity. For outdoor or in-wall installations, select a cable variant rated for that environment rather than this indoor-rated cable.
