How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to the recommended lengths for an F-type connector. Slide the connector onto the cable ensuring the central conductor is centered and the braid makes firm contact with the connector body. Secure the connector according to the installation method appropriate for the specific FKV1 model (push-on or threaded), then verify the connection for mechanical stability and signal continuity with appropriate testing equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Televes FKV1 with properly prepared F-type cables and avoid excessive twisting or bending at the connection point. Ensure connectors are tightened to the appropriate torque where applicable and verify signal levels after installation. Store unopened packs in a dry environment to prevent corrosion and keep connectors free from contaminants prior to use.
