Koaksiaaliliitin ShiverPeaks BS85320

The ShiverPeaks BS85320 coaxial connector features male F connectors on both ends to join coaxial cables with consistent electrical contact and minimal signal loss. Its compact metal body and threaded F-type coupling deliver a secure mechanical connection suitable for audio and video signal paths, antenna systems and cable TV installations. The connector is designed for straightforward inline connections between two female F sockets and for extending or repairing existing coaxial runs while maintaining signal integrity.

Advantages

The double male F configuration provides a convenient solution for linking two coaxial cables or adapters without reterminating cable ends. Solid threaded coupling ensures stability and prevents intermittent contact from movement or vibration. The compact form factor minimizes space requirements behind equipment racks and in wall boxes. Metal construction contributes to shielding and mechanical durability, supporting reliable long-term performance in residential and commercial environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting two coaxial cables with female F connectors
• Extending cable TV, satellite or terrestrial antenna feeds
• Linking devices in AV systems where F-type connectors are used
• Temporary or permanent inline repairs of coaxial runs

Key specifications

• Connector type: Male F to Male F coaxial connector
• Body material: Metal housing for shielding and durability
• Coupling: Threaded F-type coupling on both ends
• Compatibility: Standard 75 Ω coaxial systems (F-type)
• Form factor: Compact inline adapter for tight spaces

How to use

Align each male F connector with the corresponding female F socket and screw the adapter clockwise until hand-tight to ensure a firm threaded connection. Avoid overtightening with tools to prevent damage to the connector or mating sockets; hand-tight is usually sufficient for reliable signal transmission. For wall plate or in-rack installations, confirm that the surrounding space allows the coupling to turn freely and that cables are supported to prevent strain on the connector.

Recommendations

When installing, use only clean, well-terminated female F sockets to maintain low insertion loss. If used outdoors or in damp locations, combine the connector with appropriate weatherproofing measures such as self-amalgamating tape or a weatherproof housing to prevent corrosion and moisture ingress.
