Kotelo Gembird NCAC-HS-SMB2 valkoinen

The Gembird NCAC-HS-SMB2 White outlet box is a compact, surface-mount enclosure designed to house two keystone jacks. Supplied with two CAT 5E half-shielded keystone jacks, this white box provides a tidy, low-profile solution for installing network and low-voltage connections on walls or other surfaces. Constructed for standard compatibility, it supports common keystone fittings and helps organise cabling in residential and office environments.

Advantages

The product includes two CAT 5E half-shielded keystone jacks pre-installed, reducing installation time. Its surface-mount design avoids the need for in-wall wiring and simplifies retrofitting. The white finish offers a neutral appearance that blends with most interiors, and compatibility with standard keystone modules ensures flexible use for network or low-voltage signal connections.

How to use

Mount the box to a clean, flat surface using appropriate screws or adhesive suitable for the mounting substrate. Route the network cables into the box, terminate each cable onto the CAT 5E keystone jacks following standard wiring schemes (T568A or T568B), and snap the keystone modules into the box openings. Secure the box cover if provided and test each network port for continuity and correct pairing before regular use.

Recommendations

For reliable network performance, use quality CAT 5E or higher cabling and ensure correct pair termination. Avoid running power and network cables in the same conduit to minimise interference. If mounting on uneven or hollow surfaces, choose fasteners appropriate for the substrate to ensure a secure installation.
