Kovaputki Barrow TDWG-16 jäykkä 16/14 mm 90° 630 mm musta

Barrow TDWG-16 rigid 16/14mm 90° 630mm Black is a hardtube designed for custom PC liquid cooling loops. The tube has an outer diameter of 16 mm and an inner diameter of 14 mm, with a fixed 90° angled bend and an overall length of 630 mm. Finished in black, this rigid tube provides a precise, durable path for coolant in builds that require a consistent internal diameter and a single, pre-formed 90° turn for compact routing.

Advantages

This rigid hardtube preserves a uniform internal diameter of 14 mm along its length and at the bend, reducing flow disturbance and simplifying leak-free connections when used with compatible fittings. The fixed 90° angle eliminates the need for additional elbow fittings, saving space and creating cleaner runs. The black finish offers a neutral aesthetic that integrates easily into a variety of system styles while the rigid construction maintains shape and alignment under compression from fittings.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop PC liquid cooling loops that require rigid tubing
• Compact builds where a single 90° bend is needed for routing
• Systems that benefit from a consistent inner diameter for pump and flow planning
• Enthusiast and professional builds aiming for precise tube runs and clean internal appearance

Key specifications

• Outer diameter: 16 mm
• Inner diameter: 14 mm
• Bend angle: 90° (fixed)
• Length: 630 mm (total tube length including bend section)
• Color/finish: Black
• Construction: Rigid hardtube for liquid cooling

How to use

Measure the required routing path in your case and confirm that a single 90° bend at the tube end and a 630 mm length meet your layout requirements. Cut and deburr the ends only if adjustments are needed and ensure that compatible compression or hardtube fittings are used to create secure, leak-free connections. When installing, align the fixed bend so it matches mounting points on the reservoir, pump, or radiator and tighten fittings to the manufacturer's recommended torque to avoid damaging the tube or fittings.

Recommendations

Use this rigid tube with fittings rated for a 14 mm inner diameter. Inspect cut ends for smoothness and ensure all sealing surfaces are clean before assembly. Avoid excessive over-tightening of fittings and verify clearances in compact builds to prevent stress on the tube at connection points.
