KS Tools 512.0015 -momenttiavain 1/2" vääntö, 20–200 Nm momenttialue

Mechanical torque wrench ks tools 512.0015 1/2" drive, 20–200 Nm torque range is a precision hand tool for controlled tightening of threaded fasteners to predetermined torque values. The tool is designed to deliver accurate and repeatable torque within the 20–200 Nm span and features a 1/2" square drive suitable for common sockets. The clear scale and secure locking mechanism help reduce the risk of over- or under-tightening, making it suitable for maintenance, repair and assembly tasks that require reliable torque control.

Advantages

The torque wrench provides a measurable and repeatable tightening method with a visible scale for setting the required torque. Its 1/2" drive accommodates a wide range of socket sizes used in automotive and workshop environments. The mechanical design does not require batteries and includes a locking device to maintain the selected torque setting during use. The construction and calibrated range support consistent results across multiple fastening cycles.

Suitable for

• Automotive maintenance and engine work
• Workshop repairs and machinery servicing
• Assembly of structural and mechanical components
• Bicycle and light industrial maintenance where 20–200 Nm is required

Key specifications

• Drive size: 1/2" square drive
• Torque range: 20–200 Nm
• Operation type: mechanical, click-style torque release
• Scale: engraved/printed adjustable torque scale for direct reading
• Locking mechanism: manual lock to secure setting
• Hand tool format: pistol/straight bar with ergonomic grip

How to use

Select the required torque value using the adjustable scale, then engage the locking mechanism to secure the setting. Fit the appropriate socket onto the 1/2" drive and position the wrench on the fastener. Apply steady force until the wrench produces the characteristic click (or other mechanical indication) that signals the set torque has been reached. After use, return the adjustment to the minimum setting and store the torque wrench in a protective case or holder to preserve calibration and prevent damage.

Recommendations

For best results, calibrate the torque wrench periodically according to usage frequency and follow any applicable tightening sequences or torque specifications from manufacturers. Avoid using the torque wrench as a breaker bar and do not apply impact force. Store the tool in a dry environment and keep the setting locked during storage to maintain accuracy.
