In the workshop, a mechanic reaches for the KS TOOLS DUO GEARplus 13mm combination ratchet wrench to quickly loosen a stubborn bolt on an engine mount. Both the open end and the ring end feature a ratchet mechanism, so you can work in tight spaces without removing the tool from the fastener. The 72-tooth ring end needs only a 5° swing arc, while the open end uses a plate ratchet that grips the hex head securely. Made from chrome vanadium steel with a polished chrome finish, this wrench is durable and easy to clean. It meets DIN 3113 Form A, ISO 3318, and ISO 7738 standards, ensuring reliable performance for professional use.

Why choose it

The DUO GEARplus design saves time and effort: the ratcheting action on both ends lets you tighten or loosen fasteners without lifting the wrench. The fine 72-tooth ring end allows working in confined areas with minimal swing, while the open-end ratchet grips the hex head firmly to prevent slipping. The high-quality chrome vanadium steel provides strength and resistance to corrosion, and the polished chrome finish makes it easy to wipe off oil and dirt. This wrench is a reliable addition to any professional tool set.

Ideal use cases

• Automotive repair: engine work, brake systems, suspension components
• Industrial maintenance: machinery with hex bolts and nuts in tight locations
• Assembly and disassembly tasks where speed and accessibility are key
• Professional workshops and demanding DIY projects

Good to know

To reverse the ratchet direction on the ring end, simply flip the wrench over. For the open end, remove the wrench from the fastener and re-insert it from the opposite side. The 15° offset on both ends helps keep your knuckles clear of obstructions. Always use the correct size for the fastener to avoid damage. The wrench is sold individually.
