Key specifications

• Brand: KS Tools
• Model / MPN: 500.7775
• Type: Mechanical puller
• Reach / Capacity: 150 mm
• Typical applications: Bearings, gears, press-fit parts
• EAN: 4042146747278

How to use

Position the puller arms behind the component to be removed so that the central forcing screw aligns with the shaft or press-fit center. Tighten the forcing screw evenly to apply steady extraction force while monitoring alignment. Continue applying force until the bearing or gear releases; then remove the component and inspect adjacent parts for any signs of damage.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure the puller arms are securely engaged before applying force. Do not exceed the tool's mechanical limits; if a component is seized, apply penetrating lubricant and proceed gradually. Store the tool clean and dry to prevent corrosion.
