Kuitu-liitin ShiverPeaks BS07-60023 LC/LC naaras/naaras

The ShiverPeaks BS07-60023 LC/LC Female/Female fibre optic connector is a bulkhead-style adapter designed to join two LC-terminated fibre cables while maintaining alignment and low insertion loss. Intended for patch panels, equipment faceplates and enclosure panels, this adapter provides a compact interface for duplex LC connections. The design supports multimode and singlemode LC terminations where compatible, delivering consistent optical continuity in networking and telecommunications installations.

Advantages

This LC/LC female-to-female bulkhead adapter offers stable mechanical alignment and straightforward panel mounting. Its compact duplex form factor reduces space requirements on patch panels and faceplates. The connector maintains low insertion loss and adequate return loss when used with properly prepared LC fibre termini, and its female/female configuration simplifies cable routing between equipment and patch cords without additional adapters.

Suitable for

• Joining two LC-terminated patch cords through a panel or bulkhead
• Use in patch panels, distribution frames and faceplates
• Telecommunications racks and network cabinets
• Data centre cabling and fibre optic distribution systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC duplex female to LC duplex female
• Mounting style: bulkhead / panel adapter
• Supported terminations: LC ferrule-compatible duplex cables (singlemode or multimode where applicable)
• Form factor: compact duplex
• Typical performance: designed for low insertion loss and stable alignment of LC ferrules
• Material and finish: corrosion-resistant housing suitable for rack and enclosure mounting

How to use

Install the adapter into a compatible panel cutout or chassis opening, securing it according to the panel or faceplate mounting method. Insert LC-terminated patch cords into each female port until they click into place; ensure connectors are clean and undamaged before mating. Verify optical continuity and signal performance after installation using appropriate test equipment. For duplex links, match transmit and receive fibres according to the network layout to maintain correct channel alignment.

Recommendations

Handle fibre connectors with care: always clean ferrule endfaces before mating, avoid bending or stressing cables near the connector, and protect unused ports with dust caps. Use compatible LC patch cords and confirm singlemode/multimode compatibility to achieve expected optical performance.
