Kuitukaapeli BlueOptics MTP12-FF-M1M-BO MPO/UPC 1 m musta

The BlueOptics MTP12-FF-M1M-BO MPO/UPC 1 m Black is a 1‑metre multimode fibre optic patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in structured cabling and data center environments. Built with OM3 laser‑optimized multimode fibre and MPO/UPC MTP12 connectors at both ends, this cable supports dense parallel connectivity such as InfiniBand and high‑speed Ethernet interconnects. The black LSZH jacket provides flame retardant protection while minimizing smoke and halogen release in case of fire.

Advantages

This MPO/UPC fibre cable uses OM3 multimode fibre to deliver low attenuation and stable signal quality over short to medium distances. The MTP12 duplex-style MPO connectors employ zirconia ceramic ferrules for consistent contact and long service life. Cables are factory tested with interferometry and OTDR to verify input loss and return loss, and the LSZH sheath reduces fire-related risks without sacrificing durability.

How to use

Before installation, inspect connector endfaces for cleanliness and damage and clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Align the MPO connectors with the adapter keying on patch panels or transceiver modules and insert until a positive stop is felt. Avoid tight bends; observe the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius to maintain optical performance. For trunking runs, route and secure the cable in racks or trays to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this cable in controlled rack environments and pair it with compatible MPO adapters and transceivers. Keep endfaces protected with dust caps when not connected and follow regular inspection and cleaning intervals to maintain low insertion loss and long connector life.
