Kuitukytkin DeLOCK 86896 SC Duplex naaras SC Duplex naaras Multimode violetti

The DeLOCK Optical Fiber Coupler 86896 is an SC duplex female to SC duplex female coupler for multi-mode fiber connections. It provides a compact interface (25.6 mm × 34.7 mm × 9.3 mm) suitable for installation in fiber connection boxes, cabinets and patch panels. The coupler is violet-coloured and supplied as a single unit.

Advantages

The coupler allows straightforward mating of SC duplex male connectors without additional tools. An integrated flip mechanism provides protection against laser radiation and an included dust cap keeps the ceramic sleeve clean from contamination during storage and installation.

Suitable for

• Multi-mode SC duplex fiber connections
• Mounting in fiber connection boxes and wall outlets
• Integration into patch panels and distribution cabinets

Recommendations

Handle fiber connectors by their housings and avoid touching the ceramic sleeve. Clean connectors with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before mating to ensure optimal optical performance and to prevent damage. Do not look directly into the fiber end when connected to active equipment.
