Kuituliitin LC liitin–liitin DELOCK 86537 OM4, 2 kpl:n pakkaus

DELOCK 86537 is an LC female–female fibre optic coupling designed for OM4 multimode fibre. Supplied as a pack of two, this compact adapter allows two LC-terminated multimode cables to be joined directly, enabling continuous optical signal transmission in data, network and telecom installations that use LC connectors and OM4 fibre. The coupling is designed for easy installation in fibre distribution boxes, cabinets and patch panels and includes a dust cap to protect the ceramic sleeve from contamination.

Advantages

The adapter supports OM4 multimode fibre parameters to maintain optical performance across short and medium-distance links. Its LC duplex form factor provides a compact footprint suitable for high-density patching. The integrated dust cover reduces the risk of sleeve contamination and helps preserve signal integrity. The metal or plastic housing (as applicable) and precise alignment sleeve ensure stable mechanical connection and minimal insertion loss when used with properly prepared LC-terminated multimode cables.

Suitable for

• Joining two LC-terminated OM4 multimode patch cables
• Use inside optical distribution frames, network cabinets and patch panels
• Temporary field connections and lab testing of multimode links
• Data center and enterprise network fibre patching where LC connectors are standard

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC female to LC female (duplex)
• Fibre type compatibility: OM4 multimode
• Number of pieces: pack of 2 adapters
• Protection: removable dust cap for sleeve protection
• Typical application: multimode optical patching and coupling

How to use

Ensure both LC-terminated fibre ends are clean and free of dust or oils before mating. Remove the dust cap from the adapter and align the LC male connector keyed slots with the adapter openings. Gently insert each LC connector until it latches, taking care not to bend the fibre beyond its minimum bend radius. To disconnect, depress the LC connector latch and pull straight out. After use, replace the dust cap to keep the internal sleeve clean.

Recommendations

For best optical performance, clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools prior to connection and avoid repeated mating cycles beyond the connector’s rated mechanical life. Use the adapter in controlled indoor environments within recommended temperature and humidity ranges for multimode installations.
