How to use

Before first use, inspect the grinder and accessories for damage and ensure the correct disc type and size (12.5 cm) is fitted according to the task. Securely tighten the disc mounting flange and attach any auxiliary handle if required for better control. Connect the grinder to a suitable mains supply using the 2 m cable, and hold the tool with both hands during operation. Start the grinder and allow it to reach full speed before applying it to the work surface. Use steady, even pressure and avoid forcing the disc through the material. Turn off the tool and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting it down or changing accessories. Follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and gloves.

Recommendations

For best results, choose abrasive discs compatible with a 12.5 cm diameter and suitable for the material you are working on (metal, masonry, paint stripping). Maintain ventilation and allow the motor to cool during extended use to prevent overheating. Regularly inspect discs for wear or damage and replace them as needed. Store the grinder in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the tool’s electrical protections.
