Angle Grinder Accessory Bosch 2 608 600 096 — straight grinding disc with a 230 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness, designed for use on hand-held angle grinders. The disc is intended for stainless steel (Inox) and general metal grinding, with a maximum circumferential speed up to 80 m/s depending on rpm and disc diameter. Fe/S/Cl content is below 0.1%.

Advantages

The Rapido Standard design provides a cost-effective solution for metal and Inox grinding while maintaining consistent performance. The standard 22.23 mm bore fits most common hand-held angle grinders, and the thin 2 mm thickness supports precise material removal. Low Fe/S/Cl content reduces the risk of contamination when working with stainless steel.

Suitable for

• Grinding and surface preparation of stainless steel (Inox)
• General metal grinding and deburring
• Use with hand-held angle grinders that accept 230 mm discs with 22.23 mm arbor

How to use

Fit the disc onto a compatible hand-held angle grinder with a 22.23 mm arbor and secure according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Verify that the grinder’s maximum rpm corresponds to the disc’s rated speed to ensure the circumferential speed does not exceed 80 m/s. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, and hearing protection) and follow safe operating practices while grinding stainless steel or other metals.

Recommendations

Check tool compatibility and disc condition before each use. Avoid overheating the workpiece and use steady, moderate pressure to extend disc life. Store discs flat in a dry place to prevent damage.
