Kuorintapihti Cimco 100775 — kuorinta-alue 6 mm–18 mm, musta

The Cimco 100775 cable stripper is a handheld tool designed for safe and precise removal of insulation from round electrical cables. Finished in black and weighing approximately 150 g, the tool is built for repeatable performance in installation, repair and maintenance tasks. Its adjustable stripping capacity covers conductors with diameters from 6 mm to 18 mm, providing a compact solution for field work and confined spaces while maintaining consistent strip lengths and reducing risk of conductor damage.

Advantages

The tool combines a simple mechanical adjustment with a compact, ergonomic shape to deliver reliable insulation removal. Its wide stripping range eliminates the need for multiple dedicated strippers for different cable sizes, while the lightweight construction improves handling during extended use. The design focuses on protecting conductor integrity and providing even, repeatable strips across the stated diameter range.

Suitable for

• Electrical installation and wiring of buildings and equipment
• Routine maintenance and repair of power and control cables
• On-site field work where compact, portable tools are required
• Workshops and service vehicles for electricians and technicians

Key specifications

• Stripping capacity: 6 mm to 18 mm diameter round cables
• Tool type: handheld cable stripper for insulation removal
• Finish: black
• Weight: approximately 150 g
• Design: compact, ergonomic for one-handed operation

How to use

Select a cable within the supported diameter range, place the cable into the stripper’s jaws or guide area according to the tool’s alignment marks, then rotate or actuate the tool as required to cut and remove the insulation. Adjust the stripping position and repeat the action to achieve the desired strip length. Take care to support the conductor while removing insulation to avoid nicking or deforming the conductor strands. Follow standard electrical safety procedures such as ensuring the cable is not live before beginning work.

Recommendations

Use the stripper for round single- and multi-core cables within the stated diameter range. Inspect the cutting surfaces periodically and replace the tool if blades become dull or damaged. Store the tool in a dry place and avoid exposure to corrosive substances to maintain consistent performance.
