Kutistesukka HellermannTyton 323-20750, musta, 1 m pituus, halkaisija 2,2–7,5 cm, 5 kpl:n pakkaus

HellermannTyton 323-20750 is a black heat shrink tube designed for cable insulation and protection. The product is supplied as a pack of five 1-metre tubes and is intended to provide mechanical protection, sealing and electrical insulation for cable joins and harnesses in industrial and installation environments. The tube is made to be applied with heat to shrink around cables and connectors, creating a close-fitting layer that helps protect against abrasion and environmental exposure.

Advantages

The heat shrink tube offers a consistent black finish and a long 1 m length per piece, enabling coverage of multiple splice points or longer sections of harness. Supplied in a set of five, the tubes provide repeatable, uniform shrink performance for standard cable protection tasks. The material conforms to irregular shapes when heated, improving strain relief and reducing the risk of exposure at joins.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical cable joints and splices
• Providing mechanical abrasion protection on wiring looms and harnesses
• Sealing and environmental protection for outdoor or industrial cable runs
• Marking or bundling cables where a black finish is acceptable

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Length per tube: 1 m
• Pack quantity: 5 pieces
• Nominal shrink application range: designed to shrink from larger to smaller diameters to form a tight fit over joins (product data indicates usable diameter range of 2.2–7.5 cm prior to shrinking)
• Application method: heat shrink

How to use

Select a tube length that covers the splice or area to be protected with sufficient overlap on either side. Slide the tube over the cable or position it across the completed joint, then apply uniform heat with an appropriate heat gun or controlled flame source while rotating the assembly to ensure even shrinking. Continue heating until the tube has contracted snugly around the cable, eliminated air gaps and achieved the desired sealing and strain-relief effect. Allow the tube to cool before handling.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use a temperature-controlled heat gun and maintain a safe distance to avoid overheating. Ensure surfaces are clean and free of sharp edges or debris before application. Verify the tube size covers the unshrunk diameter range required for your cables; if tighter clearances or enhanced environmental sealing is needed, consider adhesive-lined or specially specified heat shrink variants.
