KWB 353110 niittipuikot 1200 kpl

KWB 353110 collated staples are designed for fastening materials in construction and woodworking tasks. Each pack contains 1,200 staples arranged in collated strips for use with compatible manual and pneumatic staplers. The staples are made to provide consistent driving performance and hold in common substrates such as softwood, plywood and various upholstery and insulation materials.

Advantages

Collated format enables quick reloading and efficient stapling cycles. The staples deliver uniform penetration and reliable holding power, reducing rework in assembly and finishing operations. A pack of 1,200 pieces provides extended runtime on job sites and in workshops, lowering the frequency of supply changes during prolonged tasks.

How to use

Load the collated staples into a stapler that supports the collated strip format and matches the staple dimensions. Ensure the tool is set to the appropriate drive depth and pressure for the target material to achieve secure fastening without over-penetration. Position the workpiece and make test staples on a scrap piece to confirm hold and alignment before proceeding with production or installation.

Recommendations

Store the staples in a dry environment to prevent corrosion and keep packs sealed until use. Select a stapler compatible with collated strips and adjust settings based on material density; for harder materials, use higher driving force or pre-drill if necessary. Replace worn or damaged staples to avoid jams and ensure consistent stapling performance.
