How to use

Attach a compatible Velcro-backed disc to the sanding pad of a random orbit sander (115 mm or 125 mm). Select the appropriate abrasive type and grit for the material and task. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the chosen disc and material, applying even pressure and moving the tool steadily across the surface. Replace discs when worn to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing. Use the perforated discs with a sander that has dust extraction to reduce airborne dust. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, a dust mask and hearing protection.
