Supplied as a single unit per pack, the belt supports paper transport and image transfer processes to help maintain consistent print quality and reliable operation in office or production environments.

Advantages

This Kyocera belt is manufactured to match the original equipment specifications for fit and function, offering consistent tension and surface characteristics that contribute to stable paper handling and reduced feeding errors. Using an appropriate replacement belt helps preserve print consistency, minimise downtime due to paper misfeeds, and extend the effective service life of the printer by restoring correct transport mechanics.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and repair of Kyocera DP-770 and DP-770(B) multifunction printers
• Replacement during scheduled service intervals to maintain print quality
• Office and small-production environments requiring reliable paper handling

Key specifications

• Type: replacement printer belt for paper transport/image transfer
• Compatibility: compatible with specified Kyocera DP-770 and DP-770(B) models
• Pack contents: one belt per package
• Function: restores correct paper feed and transfer mechanics when worn or damaged

How to use

Power off and unplug the printer before beginning replacement. Open the printer access panels as described in the service manual for the DP-770 series, remove the old belt or transport assembly following the manufacturer’s instructions, and install the replacement belt ensuring correct alignment and tension. After reassembly, run a test print and perform any printer-specified feed calibration or alignment procedures to verify proper operation.

Recommendations

Replace the belt as part of routine maintenance when you observe signs of wear such as slippage, paper feeding errors, streaks or image transfer defects. Store spare belts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals to preserve material properties. When in doubt, consult the printer’s service manual or a qualified service technician for proper installation and adjustment.
