L-mallinen kuusiokoloavain Wiha 01215 metrinen 1 kpl pitkä varsi 37,5 cm

The Wiha 01215 is a metric L-shaped hex key (Allen key) designed for tasks that require reach and controlled torque. It has a long arm of 37.5 cm and a short arm of 8.9 cm, with a blade made from chrome-vanadium steel that is through-hardened and nickel-plated. The tool is manufactured to the ISO 2936L standard and is intended for professional and workshop use where a reliable, durable hex key is required.

Advantages

The chrome-vanadium steel blade is through-hardened for wear resistance and nickel-plated for corrosion protection. The long-arm geometry provides extended reach and increased leverage, while the short arm allows compact access to tighter spaces. Conformance to ISO 2936L ensures dimensional accuracy and interchangeability with standard fasteners.

How to use

Select the hex key size that matches the fastener. Insert the short or long arm into the hex socket depending on access and required leverage: use the long arm for reach and higher torque, and the short arm for tighter spaces. Turn the handle end smoothly to tighten or loosen fasteners, keeping the tool aligned with the fastener to avoid rounding. After use, clean any debris and store the tool in a dry place to preserve the nickel plating and prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

Use the correct hex key size to prevent damage to fasteners. Do not use cheater bars or excessive force beyond the tool’s intended leverage; consider a torque-limiting device for torque-sensitive applications.
