Lähetyskirjekuori MAILmedia B4, ruskea, itseliimautuva, 140 g/m², 40 mm taite

MAILmedia B4 brown self-adhesive mailing/shipping bag is a rigid kraft envelope made from 140 g/m² paper with a 40 mm fold. Designed to transport documents, flat goods and small items, this mailing bag combines a sturdy paper structure with a self-adhesive flap to deliver reliable protection and a neat presentation for postal and courier shipments.

Advantages

The 140 g/m² kraft paper provides increased tear resistance and stiffness compared with standard lightweight envelopes, helping to protect contents from folding and light impacts. The 40 mm fold allows easy insertion of thicker document stacks or small flat objects while keeping edges aligned. A self-adhesive closure ensures fast and secure sealing without additional tape, reducing packing time and material waste. The brown kraft finish offers a professional, neutral appearance suitable for business and personal use.

Suitable for

• Sending letters, invoices and contracts
• Mailing brochures, catalogs and thin magazines
• Transporting flat samples, photos or documents requiring extra stiffness
• Small, lightweight goods that need protection against bending

Key specifications

• Format: B4
• Material: brown kraft paper
• Paper weight: 140 g/m²
• Fold width: 40 mm
• Closure type: self-adhesive flap
• Construction: rigid envelope design for increased stiffness

How to use

Place documents or flat items inside the bag so they sit evenly against the inner surfaces. Fold the flap over the opening and press firmly along the self-adhesive strip to seal. For added security, press along the edges to ensure full contact of the adhesive. Write or attach the address label on the outer surface in a visible area; avoid placing labels over the sealed flap to prevent detachment during transit.

Recommendations

For best results, use the bag for single items or small stacks of documents that match the B4 format; do not overfill beyond the 40 mm fold capacity. Store unused bags flat in a dry environment to preserve adhesive performance and paper stiffness. When sending fragile or high-value items, combine with internal protective layers (e.g., cardboard inserts) as required by carrier guidelines.
