MAILmedia Mailing Bags E15 are lightweight polyethylene postal envelopes with external dimensions of 240 x 275 mm and a film weight of 25 g. They are designed to protect documents, small goods and catalogues during transit, offering basic moisture resistance and a secure, tamper-evident self-seal closure. The envelopes are suitable for high-volume mailing and e‑commerce shipments where economical, protective packaging is required.

Advantages

These protective polyethylene envelopes combine low weight and compact size to reduce postage costs and storage space. The 25 g film provides basic resistance against moisture and dirt while remaining flexible for easy handling and folding. The self-adhesive closure offers a tamper-evident seal that simplifies packing and improves shipment security without additional tape. The neutral exterior surface is suitable for printing shipping labels and handling marks.

Suitable for

• Document mailing and correspondence
• Shipping small, non-fragile goods and textiles
• E‑commerce order fulfilment for lightweight items
• Sending catalogs, brochures and promotional materials

Key specifications

• Material: polyethylene film
• Film weight: 25 g
• External dimensions: 240 x 275 mm
• Closure type: self-adhesive, tamper-evident
• Moisture resistance: basic protection against light moisture and dirt

How to use

Place the item flat inside the envelope, ensuring edges and corners are protected from sharp contact. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive flap, fold the flap down and press firmly along the seal to activate the self-adhesive closure and ensure a tamper-evident bond. For heavier or irregularly shaped items use additional internal padding or insert the product into a protective wrap before sealing. Attach shipping labels and any required customs or handling information to the exterior surface.

Recommendations

Use these mailing bags for lightweight, non-fragile items and documents where cost-effective, moisture-resistant packaging is sufficient. Do not rely on these envelopes for sharp-edged or heavy products without additional protection; choose reinforced packaging for fragile or high-value items. Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
