Laminointikalvot DAHLE A3 303x426 mm 160 µm (2x80 µm) – 100 kpl:n pakkaus

DAHLE A3 laminating pouches measure 303×426 mm and have a total thickness of 160 µm (2×80 µm). Supplied as a pack of 100, these thermal laminating pouches are designed to protect A3 documents, posters and photographs from moisture, dirt and everyday wear. The clear, glossy finish preserves legibility and colour while providing a smooth surface that is suitable for both display and handling.

Advantages

These laminating pouches offer a consistent, even lamination result when used with compatible A3 thermal laminators. The 160 µm total thickness balances flexibility with stiffness to reinforce documents without making them overly rigid. The transparent film maintains image clarity and colour fidelity while providing a protective barrier against spills, fingerprints and abrasion. Packaged in a quantity of 100, the pouches provide an economical solution for offices, schools and print shops that require frequent lamination.

Suitable for

• Protecting A3 documents, certificates and posters
• Preserving photos and visual displays for classrooms and presentations
• Creating durable reference sheets, menus and instructional materials
• Batch lamination tasks in offices, schools and copy centres

Key specifications

• Format: A3 (303 × 426 mm)
• Total film thickness: 160 µm (two layers of 80 µm)
• Finish: clear, glossy
• Sealing method: thermal lamination
• Pack quantity: 100 pouches

How to use

Ensure your A3 thermal laminator is compatible with 160 µm pouches and preheat the machine according to the laminator manufacturer’s instructions. Place the document centrally inside the pouch, leaving a small margin around the edges to allow proper sealing. Feed the sealed end first into the laminator to reduce wrinkling and ensure an even seal. After lamination, allow the pouch to cool on a flat surface before trimming if required.

Recommendations

For best results, use with a laminator rated for 160 µm pouches, handle warm pouches carefully to avoid distortion, and store unopened packs flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve film quality.
