Brady M710 R6000 Series M7-R6000 300 dpi thermal transfer ribbon is designed for use with compatible label printers to produce sharp text, barcodes and simple graphics on appropriate label materials. The ribbon supports 300 dpi printing resolution and is intended for industrial and commercial identification, safety marking and asset tracking tasks where legibility and consistent print quality are required.

Advantages

This thermal transfer ribbon delivers stable, high-resolution prints at 300 dpi, helping to ensure barcodes scan reliably and printed text remains clear. It is formulated for compatibility with a range of label stocks used in industrial environments, offering consistent performance across long print runs. The ribbon construction minimizes ribbon breaks and reduces downtime, supporting efficient labeling operations.

Suitable for

• Printing barcodes and alphanumeric labels for asset identification
• Safety and compliance labels in industrial and commercial settings
• Inventory and warehouse labeling requiring durable, legible prints
• Batch and product labeling where 300 dpi resolution is needed

Key specifications

• Printing method: thermal transfer
• Print resolution: 300 dots per inch (dpi)
• Compatibility: designed for use with printers that accept R6000 series ribbons
• Intended application: text, barcodes and simple graphics on thermal transfer label stocks
• Durability: engineered for readable and consistent prints in industrial/commercial environments

How to use

Install the ribbon into a compatible label printer according to the printer manufacturer's instructions, ensuring correct orientation and tension to avoid wrinkles or creases. Select the appropriate label stock and configure printer settings for 300 dpi output. Perform a test print to verify alignment, darkness and barcode scannability, then proceed with production printing. Replace the ribbon when print density decreases or ribbon supply runs low.

Recommendations

Store ribbons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use label materials recommended for thermal transfer printing and adjust printer heat and speed settings for optimal adhesion and barcode readability.
