Lämpötahna Montech AP3 CPU-jäähdyttimen liitäntä — AP3 lämpötahna prosessoreille

Montech AP3 is a thermal paste formulated to improve heat transfer between processors and CPU coolers. Supplied as a thermal compound for processors, AP3 fills microscopic surface imperfections on IHS and cooler bases to reduce thermal resistance. The paste is suitable for desktop PCs, gaming rigs and workstations where reliable contact and efficient heat dissipation are required. Montech AP3 thermal grease is easy to apply and intended to help maintain lower CPU temperatures during high loads.

Advantages

Montech AP3 offers stable thermal conductivity in a non-electrically conductive formulation, designed to maintain contact between the processor integrated heat spreader (IHS) and the cooler base. The consistency supports simple application and spreadability while minimizing air gaps at the interface. The compound is compatible with common cooler materials and mounting pressures used in modern desktop systems.

Suitable for

• Desktop CPUs in air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems
• Gaming builds and overclocked systems requiring improved heat transfer
• Workstations and productivity rigs under sustained CPU load
• Routine maintenance: reseating coolers or replacing old thermal paste

Key specifications

• Product name: Montech AP3
• Brand: Montech
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): AP3
• Type: Thermal paste / thermal compound for processors
• Intended application: Between CPU IHS and cooler base

How to use

Clean the CPU IHS and cooler contact surface with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth before applying the paste. Apply a small pea-sized or rice-grain amount of Montech AP3 in the center of the CPU IHS, then mount the cooler and tighten the fasteners evenly according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions. The mounting pressure will spread the compound to form a thin, continuous layer for optimal thermal transfer. Remove excess paste from surrounding areas with alcohol if needed.

Recommendations

Use Montech AP3 when installing or reseating a CPU cooler. For typical desktop installations a single application provides effective thermal contact; replace the paste whenever the cooler is removed or during periodic maintenance. Avoid applying excessive amounts — a thin, even layer ensures the best thermal performance.
