Key specifications

How to use

Install the printer on a stable, flat surface near the POS terminal and connect it to the system using the appropriate interface and power supply. Load a thermal receipt roll according to the paper-loading instructions so that the paper feeds from the top and the leading edge comes out through the exit slot. Configure the POS software to recognise the printer model and set paper size and print orientation in the driver or POS settings. Use the built-in cutter to separate receipts automatically; if manual tearing is required, follow the device guidelines to avoid damaging the cutter mechanism.

Recommendations

Use good-quality thermal paper of the correct width to prolong printhead life and maintain print clarity. Keep the printhead and paper path free from dust and debris, and perform periodic inspections of the cutter for paper fragments. For uninterrupted operation in busy environments, keep spare receipt rolls available and follow manufacturer instructions for routine maintenance and firmware updates.
