How to use

Connect the LANCOM LX-6402 to a PoE-enabled switch or provide power via a compatible adapter, then connect the uplink to your network. For cloud-managed setups, register the device in the LANCOM Management Cloud and apply your configuration profile for SSIDs, security (WPA2/WPA3) and network policies. For standalone use, access the WEBconfig interface through a web browser to perform initial setup, configure SSIDs, band steering and QoS, and monitor client connections via the dashboard. Recommendations

Position the access point centrally in the coverage area and avoid physical obstructions. Enable band steering and MU‑MIMO to improve client distribution and throughput.
