Langaton tukiasema Tenda O3 2,4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11n

O3 2.4G outdoor long range access point is a wireless device designed for WISP CPE solutions and long-distance data transmission, suitable for video surveillance and network links across kilometers. It supports 2.4 GHz at up to 150 Mbps, integrates a 12 dBi directional dual-polarized antenna and an 800 mW transmitter, and is housed in an IP64 waterproof enclosure with built-in lightning protection. The product supports multiple operating modes such as AP, Station and WISP and includes a PoE injector for flexible deployment up to 60 meters.

Advantages

The O3 provides long-range wireless connectivity exceeding 5 km under appropriate conditions thanks to its 800 mW power amplifier and high-gain directional antenna. Its IP64-rated enclosure and 6 kV lightning protection allow outdoor operation in varied weather and temperature conditions. Multiple operation modes (AP, Station, WISP) enable versatile network topologies including point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and client+router (WISP) setups. Included PoE injector simplifies installation and placement.

Suitable for

• Long-distance wireless links for video surveillance
• WISP client+router scenarios to share Internet access
• Point-to-multipoint (P2MP) network connections
• Outdoor deployments requiring weather and lightning protection

How to use

Mount the O3 unit outdoors with a clear line of sight toward the remote device or coverage area. Connect power using the supplied PoE injector and run a network cable from the injector to the device. Configure the device in the required operating mode (AP, Station, WISP) via the web interface or supplied management software. Align the directional antenna for optimal signal strength and verify link status and throughput in the device interface.

Recommendations

For best performance, ensure a clear line of sight between devices and minimize obstructions. Use AP mode on the site providing connectivity and Station mode on remote sites for point-to-point links; in WISP mode enable client+router features on the device connecting to the service provider. Regularly check firmware updates and monitor mounted hardware for physical wear.
