EnGenius ECW516L langaton tukiasema 8700 Mbit/s valkoinen Power over Ethernet (PoE)

EnGenius ECW516L Cloud Managed Wi‑Fi 7 access point provides tri‑concurrent 802.11be connectivity across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands with aggregated throughput up to 8,700 Mbit/s. Designed as a cost‑effective option for small businesses and offices, the unit supports PoE power and integration with the EnGenius Cloud platform for centralized local and remote management. Security is handled with WPA3 and WPA2‑AES authentication, while a professional integrated antenna system and a 2.5GE PoE+ port support stable, high‑speed wireless and wired connections.

Advantages

The ECW516L combines Wi‑Fi 7 tri‑concurrent radio architecture with backward compatibility for legacy devices, delivering high multi‑band performance (700 Mbit/s on 2.4 GHz, 4,300 Mbit/s on 5 GHz and 8,700 Mbit/s on 6 GHz). It features integrated WPA3/WPA2‑AES security, an internal 8‑antenna array and a 2.5GE PoE+ port for simplified installation and reliable throughput. Managed through the EnGenius Cloud, the access point supports flexible deployment modes including AP, station and mesh operation.

Suitable for

• Small and medium business offices requiring enterprise‑grade Wi‑Fi
• Multi‑device environments with high throughput demands (video conferencing, file transfer)
• Locations needing simple PoE installation and cloud management
• Environments where WPA3 security is required

How to use

Mount the ECW516L in a central location for optimal coverage and connect it to a PoE+ switch or injector using the Ethernet port. Add the device to your EnGenius Cloud account to perform initial configuration, apply SSID and security settings (WPA3/WPA2‑AES) and monitor client connections. Choose operating mode (AP, STA or Mesh) according to network topology and scale additional access points through the cloud controller as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, reserve the 6 GHz band for high‑bandwidth applications and legacy devices on 2.4 GHz. Ensure PoE+ capability on the switch or use a compatible PoE+ injector. Keep firmware updated via EnGenius Cloud to maintain security and feature support.
