The set format ensures all necessary cable components are included for immediate use, and the cable design balances durability with manageable weight for daily use.

Suitable for

• Home charging from wallboxes or tethered public chargers with 16 A capability
• Workplace charging where parking position requires extra cable length
• Temporary or semi-permanent installation scenarios needing flexible reach
• Owners of electric vehicles compatible with a 16 A charging current

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 metres
• Maximum charging current: 16 A
• Intended use: AC charging of electric vehicles
• Cable type: flexible EV charging lead designed for regular handling
• Set contents: charging cable supplied as a complete connection set

How to use

Inspect the cable and connectors for visible damage before each use. Park the vehicle within reach of the charging unit, connect the appropriate plug to the vehicle inlet and then to the charging unit while observing the unit’s locking or signalling features. Ensure the charging unit is configured for 16 A charging if adjustable. After charging, follow the reverse sequence: stop charging via the charging unit or vehicle interface, unlock and disconnect plugs, and store the cable on a suitable hook or reel to avoid kinking and moisture exposure.

Recommendations

Store the cable in a dry, shaded place and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the cable only with compatible charging units and vehicles rated for 16 A. Regularly check connectors and insulation for wear; replace the cable if damage or excessive wear is found to maintain safe charging performance.
