Tesa ANTI-SCRATCH 60960-00003-00 floor marking tape is a robust adhesive solution for defining walkways, aisles, safety zones and storage areas. The tape is 20 m long and 50 mm wide and features a scratch-resistant surface designed to withstand abrasion from foot traffic and wheeled equipment. Its durable backing and pressure-sensitive adhesive provide reliable adhesion to typical indoor floor substrates used in industrial, warehouse and retail environments, enabling clear visual guidance and hazard marking.

Advantages

The anti-scratch surface reduces visible wear and maintains clear color and contrast under frequent use, helping markings remain legible for extended periods. The tape’s backing offers abrasion resistance while preserving flexibility for application on flat and slightly uneven floors. The pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures quick application without special tools and provides secure bonding on clean, dry surfaces commonly found in workplaces.

Key specifications

• Length: 20 m
• Width: 50 mm
• Surface: anti-scratch / abrasion resistant
• Backing: flexible, durable floor-grade material
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive for indoor floor surfaces
• Typical applications: industrial, warehouse, retail floor marking

How to use

Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry and free of dust, oils or loose particles before application. Measure and mark the desired layout, then unwind the tape and apply it to the floor while smoothing to remove air pockets. Press firmly along the length of the tape to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive and improve initial bond. For best results, avoid applying over wet or heavily contaminated surfaces and allow the adhesive to set before exposing the tape to heavy wheeled traffic.

Recommendations

For long-lasting adhesion and appearance, apply at moderate indoor temperatures on prepared surfaces, periodically inspect for lifting at edges, and replace sections showing deep cuts or significant abrasion. When removing, lift an edge and peel back slowly at a low angle to minimize residue; any residual adhesive can be cleaned with a suitable floor-safe solvent following manufacturer guidelines.
