Lautapeli Ravensburger Paw Patrol Junior Labyrinth

The Ravensburger Paw Patrol Junior Labyrinth is a board game for children aged 4 and older that places favorite characters from the Paw Patrol series into a shifting maze. Players move pawns through a modular game board by sliding maze tiles to open and close pathways, aiming to reach mission goals and return safely. The game combines simple rules with tactile tile movement to promote basic planning, spatial reasoning and cooperative play for young children.

Advantages

This edition of the junior labyrinth adapts the classic maze concept for preschoolers by using larger tiles and simplified objectives that suit early attention spans. The components are designed for small hands and repeated play: sturdy plastic pawns and durable cardboard tiles stand up to frequent handling. The inclusion of familiar Paw Patrol characters helps sustain engagement and supports imaginative role-play while learning turn-taking and problem solving.

Suitable for

• Family game nights with young children
• Preschool and kindergarten group play
• Developing early spatial reasoning and planning skills
• Short play sessions or travel entertainment

Key specifications

• Recommended age: 4 years and up
• Number of players: 2–4
• Game type: shifting-maze board game for children
• Components: game board with sliding tiles, character pawns, mission cards, rules leaflet
• Playtime: typically 15–30 minutes per game

How to use

Set the game board on a flat surface and arrange the sliding tiles according to the instruction insert. Each player chooses a Paw Patrol pawn and places it on the start space. Draw or reveal a mission card to determine the target space. On a turn, slide one tile and then move your pawn through opened paths as allowed by the rules. Continue taking turns until a player reaches the mission target and completes the objective. Follow the included rules for variations that allow cooperative or competitive play.

Recommendations

Use the game on a stable table or floor area to ensure tiles slide smoothly. Supervise younger players to prevent small parts from being misplaced. Combine short sessions with other cooperative activities to reinforce turn-taking and collaborative problem solving.
