How to use

Attach the lavalier microphone to the lapel, collar or other suitable clothing with the integrated clip, positioning the capsule approximately 15-20 cm from the mouth and slightly off-centre to reduce plosive sounds. Route the cable discreetly to the pocket transmitter and connect using the compatible connector. Adjust the transmitter input gain following the transmitter manufacturer’s instructions and perform a sound check to verify level and clarity before live use. For best results, check for rubbing or movement noise from clothing and reposition or secure the cable if necessary.

Recommendations

Use windscreens or clothing clips where appropriate to reduce wind and handling noise. Store the microphone in a protective case when not in use and avoid sharp bends in the cable to prolong service life. Confirm compatibility with the specific pocket transmitter model before operation.
