Tips

Preheat the pot with hot water before brewing to maximize heat retention. For best results, use one teaspoon of loose tea or one tea bag per cup, and let steep according to tea type. The pot is dishwasher safe, but hand washing preserves the glaze's shine. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal utensils that could scratch the surface. When serving iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice; the stoneware can go from freezer to table safely.
