How to use

Install the EUROLITE TSL-1500 on a stable truss or stand using appropriate clamps and safety cables, ensuring correct orientation and secure attachment. Connect the unit to a compatible DMX controller and assign channels according to the fixture’s DMX map to control scan position, beam intensity and any additional functions. Power the fixture from a suitable mains supply and verify cooling airflow is unobstructed. During operation, use gradual DMX fades or programmed cues to exploit the scanner’s rapid movement and focused beam without abrupt transitions that could distract from the performance.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, ensure adequate ventilation around the fixture, follow manufacturer service intervals, and use dedicated DMX cabling with proper termination. Avoid exposure to direct moisture and store the unit in a dry environment when not in use. When deploying in outdoor events, use additional protective measures to shield the unit from weather and dust.
