In daily use

Control each droid individually or together from your smartphone or tablet. Drive BB-8 and BB-9E at speeds up to 7.2 km/h, or send R2-D2 on autonomous patrols. The integrated speaker on R2-D2 delivers classic beeps and whistles, while all three droids feature expressive LED lights. The app offers guided missions, holographic simulations, and a Watch With Me mode that lets your droids respond to scenes from the Star Wars saga. Recharging is simple: place BB-8 or BB-9E on their induction cradle, or plug R2-D2 into a USB port.
