Asiakirjatasku ESSELTE VIVIDA A4, polypropeeni (PP), keltainen, 25 kpl pakkaus

ESSELTE VIVIDA A4 report covers in yellow are polypropylene (PP) protective sleeves designed to fit A4 documents. Each cover measures 310 x 226 mm and provides a lightweight, water-resistant layer that protects papers from dirt, smudges and light moisture. Supplied as a 25-pack, these covers are suitable for everyday office filing, temporary storage of reports and handouts, and for forming simple presentation folders where protection and quick access are required.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction ensures flexibility and tear resistance while remaining thin enough for easy stacking and transport. The bright yellow colour improves document visibility and quick identification in filing systems. The covers are sized to allow insertion and removal of standard A4 sheets without folding, and their smooth surface resists dirt and allows clean, professional-looking presentation of documents.

How to use

Slide A4 sheets into the cover from the open side, aligning the top and side edges for a neat fit. For multiple pages, insert them together to keep reports organised and protected. Use the covers for temporary storage, transporting documents between meetings, or as outer sleeves for stapled or clipped report sets. Store unused covers flat in a dry place to maintain shape and ease of use.

Recommendations

For long-term archival, combine these covers with labelled folders or binders to prevent exposure to prolonged sunlight and heavy moisture. When preparing presentation packets, use one cover per report to protect the first and last pages; stack and secure with a paperclip or binder clip if required.
