Advantages

These laminating pouches provide consistent thickness and reliable sealing for durable lamination results. The clear finish enhances colour contrast and text legibility, while the robust film reduces creasing and edge lift. Designed for compatibility with pouch laminators, they simplify document protection without requiring additional trimming when used with appropriately sized machines.

Suitable for

• Protecting A5 documents, cards and small flyers
• Preserving photographs and printed images
• Preparing instruction cards, ID badges and reference sheets
• Creating durable handouts for meetings and presentations

Key specifications

• Format: A5-compatible pouch size
• Pack quantity: 100 pouches
• Finish: Transparent, glossy protective film
• Recommended use: Pouch laminators compatible with A5 pouches
• Physical dimensions (external pouch): approximately 160 mm width × 29 mm depth × 222 mm height

How to use

Place the A5 document centered inside a pouch, leaving equal margins around the sheet to ensure an even seal. Preheat the pouch laminator according to the machine manufacturer's guidance for the film thickness in use. Feed the sealed edge of the pouch into the laminator first to reduce the risk of wrinkling. Allow the laminated item to cool flat on a clean surface before handling to ensure the film fully adheres and the seal sets.

Recommendations

Use these pouches with compatible pouch laminators set to the correct temperature for standard office laminating film. For best results, avoid laminating damp or dusty documents and allow newly laminated items to cool undisturbed to prevent bending or edge distortion.
