Allow bakes to cool slightly before turning out to help maintain shape. Avoid using metal utensils that can damage the non-stick surface.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick coating, hand wash when possible, avoid abrasive cleaners and never cut directly in the tin. Use silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils and follow recipe baking temperatures suitable for carbon steel bakeware.
